I made highly secured automated car parking system, it is a very useful future parking system particularly for apartments, private company etc for the better safety of vehicles which are parked. The car is made to park using individual ID only. Each car has own platform and no one is allowed to park, i.e each place is allotted for particular car.

Small research task for a uni project experimenting with parallax RFID readers interfacing with an arduino board. This concept shows how ID cards can change my 'ghetto' ambient orb (a cheeselet biscuit tin -_-) my camera doesn't do it justice but in the dark it is very predominant.

This little 125kHz RFID reader puts out a repeating frame of serial data when a card or fob is moved near the antenna. Here I try to decode that serial data using my oscilloscope.

My initial implementation of an RFID System which allows for reading and writing with various options to Mifare 1k Class RFID Tags at 13.56 Mhz.

I take no credit for the libraries written by Adafruit for the TFT and those hardworking

individuals who worked on the SD and RFID libraries. Most of my code was based off of their work (which is provided on the Arduino web page) so I did not see the need to post any code.

A small application with an Arduino or rather a clone called RBBB:

- RFID reader cards (ID12 reader - 125kHz)

- If the RFID card is valid, it plays a melody corresponding to each card, if not, it beeps and lights a red LED,

- Then it activates a relay if the card is valid

- And finally write in the EEPROM memory of the Arduino, the number of times the card was used.

HID standard and high security readers use Wiegand as the protocol for sending the validated card data back to a door controller. In this video i'm using an Arduino and a serial Bluetooth adapter to capture and decode the Wiegand data wirelessly to an Android tablet running BlueTerm+.

The data can be captured and replay via serial bluetooth connection between the Arduino and the Android tablet.

The video shows how to use an arduino to make an access control system reading the id on the badge (card or key) sending it back to a server for validation/access control/whatever you want. In order to handle the data sent to a server you need to know a little of php and html.

A simple RFID decoder that can be used for Garage door or other device that uses a dry contact for activation. Built around a PIC 12F683. Works with Wiegand 26 RFID readers. Can learn to operate with up to 10 RFID Cards or Key-chain tags.

Arduino microcontroller interfacing with a UHF RFID reader. The reader we are using is the Thinkify TR-265. The demonstration consists of three UHF tags each with a unique ID. Each unique ID is assigned a specific color. The reader and Microcontroller are communicating over TTL. When the green tag is presented to the reader the green LEDs will illuminate green. The same correlation will occur with the red and blue tag.

Just a little test and playing around with an Arduino UNO and a RFID tag reader/writer.

Now you don't have to fumble for the right key to unlock your door. The serial RFID reader kit comes with 4 passive tags including the keyfob type. There is also a pushbutton on the inside to toggle the lock.

This kit includes a servo, passive serial RFID reader, an Arduino Pro-Mini equivalent, wall power adapter, enclosure and ProtoDough (mold-able prototyping plastic) to make a custom adapter from the servo to the deadbolt pin.

Have been having some fun with my Arduino and RFID reader.

So far I have the Arduino hooked up to an Ethernet Shield, with input from an RFID receiver an just a visual output to a Serial LCD. The Arduino then sends a HTTP GET request to a simple Sinatra server which then runs a system command. This can play and pause my music and also change my IM status.

This ring is similar to my layered wood pendant necklace, but the process is a little different. I use a proper wood glue and give it about half an hour to set between layers, and I use some different tools to shape it. Plus, it's got RFID!

I used parts from Adafruit: a micro NFC/RFID transponder, which is so tiny and flexible, and their NFC/RFID Arduino shield. I'm still deciding what to control with the ring, so let me know any ideas you have in the comments or on twitter.
