The TOSHIBA TEC SX5 is a versatile printer.
It is unique in having a 5 inch (127mm) print width and near edge high speed print capability.
As standard it has some unique features. Here we use the ribbon save / head lift facility to print a gold security logo onto some RFID card tags that will be used for person identification and tracking.
Eagle eyed viewers will see the print head lifts over the lower section of each tag that has the sensitive RFID chip / antenna embedded then prints the gold...
