antennas for 8.2 MHz Tag detection - edaboard.com
Re: antennas for 8.2 MHz Tag detection
Your best bet would probably be a multi turn loop antenna tuned to resonance.
The loop could be made quite small, or surround an entire enclosed area, depending on your requirements.
Cheers, Tony.
Re: antennas for 8.2 MHz Tag detection
Thank you Tony,
Most of practical systems have rather large antennas. And area of detection - distance between the antennas...

History of Ferrite Applications - Fair Rite
One of the first applications of ferrite vividly demonstrates the immediate advantage gained through its use. In 1944 soft ferrite was developed by J.L. Snoek and permitted a quantum leap in the efficiency of telephony filter coils. Lower losses and higher permeabilities over a period of 30 years have reduced the size of the typical filter coil to 0.6% of the volume of the earliest version!...
