Tickets are going to be a thing of the past for passengers travelling on APSRTC buses.
Embracing the latest technology, the corporation has made a soft launch of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based smart cards to be issued to passengers in place of paper tickets. The test launch was made for those travelling on buses on the Tirumala-Tirupati ghat roads.
